WP8 Skype app gets updated (2.13.0.290); new features and improvements

Skype for Windows Phone 8 has also dropping an update. According to the 'What's new?' tab, this updates brings new features. These features are:

- New copy & paste feature in instant messaging section.
- Faster start-up time.
- New 'high contrast' mode.
- Various bug fixes and improvements.
