Samsung SM-G900F spotted in AnTuTu benchmark; could be the Galaxy S5

An unknown Samsung device that is likely one of the Galaxy S5 variant (SM-G900F) has been spotted in AnTuTu benchmark database.

From the database, we can see that this device (SM-G900F) is running Android 4.4. The device is powered by 2.5GHz Snapdragon 800 (MSM8974AC) processor, 3GB RAM, Adreno 330 GPU, 1920x1080 resolution display (not 2560x1440 as rumored before, at this time), a 16 megapixel rear camera (likely to be an ISOCELL unit) and 2 megapixel front camera.

The S5 might launch in early next year.
