This is the first 'phablet' with the Google Play Edition branding, and the features are same like on the Xperia Z Ultra like the Xperia Z Ultra, like 6.4" 1080p TRILUMINOS display, Snapdragon 800, 2 GB RAM, 16GB storage, 8 megapixel rear camera with Exmor RS sensor and 2 megapixel front camera, waterproof & dust resistant, and 3000mAh battery, but the device is running stock Android 4.4 KitKat.
It is now available at Google Play Store for US customers pricing at $649 unlocked, but there is no word for an international availability.
